For a fixed fee, agreed in advance, we will analyse key components of your business and provide advice on everything from how to structure your management information to how to minimise business risk. Our report includes a detailed action plan and we are available to assist with implementation if required.
  • Market your business for sale. Our marketing process includes:
    • Preparing an obligation free market appraisal
    • Preparing a comprehensive Business Profile
    • Advertise on a number of high profile websites. Most business buyers these days are sourced via the internet. We will advertise in the press if required
    • Meeting prospective buyers and presenting your business, including the Business Profile. We ensure that all prospective buyers sign a confidentiality letter before they receive any detailed information
    • Negotiating the terms and conditions of sale and preparing Agreement to Purchase documents
    • Coordinating the process from sale to settlement. While some brokers simply leave this to you, we facilitate and coordinate the process to ensure that any issues arising are effectively addressed.
